Central Valley Vein and Wound is a comprehensive wound, vein and vascular network of clinics serving residents of Fresno County, Kings County, and Tulare County. Our goal is to provide patients the highest quality of care. All of our medical providers are specialty trained in comprehensive Vascular, Vein and Wound Care. We work hard to ensure that all patients receive the best care in our clinic for their condition, whether that includes minimally invasive vascular procedures, phlebectomy, varicose and sclerotherapy, or wound care.
We have launched a practice that allows us to provide the highest personalized care that gives the right attention you need. In addition, we have an in-house vascular ultrasound and Doppler examination for peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and Venous insufficiency.

MEET
LEO FONG, MD
Leo Fong, M.D., is Central Valley Vein and Wound's Founder and Medical Director. He is board-certified and specializes in Vascular Surgery throughout California Central Valley.

Dr. Fong has over 20 years of experience and expertise in Amputation Prevention and Venous Disease.
His fellowship training was at the University of Tennessee. He received his residency training through the University of California, San Francisco, Fresno Medical Education Program. He attended Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his internship at the University of Southern California Medical Center. His undergraduate education was completed at Johns Hopkins University School of Arts and Sciences.
