About us

Comprehensive Wound, Vein and Vascular Care—Focused on the Underlying Cause

Central Valley Vein & Wound Centers is a physician-led network of wound, vein and vascular clinics serving Fresno County, Kings County, Tulare County, San Joaquin County and Monterey County.

Led by Dr. Leo Fong, a board-certified vascular surgeon with more than 25 years of experience, our team provides coordinated care for chronic wounds, venous disease and vascular conditions. Our goal is not simply to dress a wound or temporarily manage its symptoms. We work to identify and address the underlying factors that may be preventing healing, including poor circulation, venous insufficiency, swelling, diabetes, infection, pressure and other medical conditions.

Treating More Than the Wound

Many chronic wounds are connected to an underlying vascular or venous problem. By integrating wound care, vascular evaluation, vein treatment and diagnostic testing within one practice, we can evaluate the whole patient and develop a more complete treatment plan.

Our services include advanced wound care, vascular ultrasound and Doppler testing, compression therapy, sclerotherapy, phlebectomy and minimally invasive procedures for venous and vascular disease. This coordinated approach helps reduce fragmented care and unnecessary delays between diagnosis and treatment.

Whether a patient is experiencing a diabetic foot ulcer, venous leg ulcer, non-healing surgical wound, varicose veins, leg swelling, venous insufficiency or concerns about circulation, our team is equipped to evaluate the condition and determine the appropriate next steps.

Early Intervention and Limb Preservation

A wound that is not healing should not be ignored. Without appropriate evaluation and treatment, chronic wounds can progress to serious infection, hospitalization and, in severe cases, amputation.

Our mission is to improve access to specialty care, intervene earlier and help patients heal before a manageable condition becomes a limb-threatening emergency. We are committed to providing compassionate, personalized care in communities where access to comprehensive wound and vascular services may otherwise be limited.
